I had gotten my helix's pierced with a gun without doing my research or knowing you definitely should not do that! The butterfly back it was pierced with caused irritation and swelling, never allowing the piercing or piercing bumps that would come and go to heal. I came to LuLu Ave to get the jewelry changed, and they were so knowledgeable and kind, my piercings have healed and been great ever since. I will def come back for any other piercings and recommend to everyone! Thank you!
