What are acceptable forms of identification?
- Government issued State ID
- Driver’s Licenses
- *Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Green Card
All other forms of identification will NOT be accepted
Identification MUST be physically present at time of appointment or walk-in.
*If presenting a birth certificate, you must also provide a secondary form of ID that includes a photo and name, such as one listed above or a school ID, to verify the identity on the birth certificate.
Piercing Age Requirements?
- Minors age 8-14 are only permitted to pierce their ear lobes
- Minors age 15-17 are only permitted to pierce ear lobes, nose, septum, helix, flat, tragus, conch, rook, daith & belly.
- Minors must have a valid form of ID accompanied by parent or legal guardian with their ID per visit.
- Clients must be 18+ years of age with a valid form of ID. Returning clients must bring their form of ID per visit as well.
No Exceptions for the Following
- Minors last name must match the parent or legal guardian they are accompanied by.
- Guardians must have proper documentation proving their guardianship.
- All forms of ID must be valid.
- Expecting mothers or mothers who are nursing and or breastfeeding

Great experience at Lulu Ave and will definitely return for future piercings. I got a double lobe piercing. The shop is clean and bright. Wow! What an experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt I was a valued client. Greeted with the warmest smiles and was given such wonderful customer service. I was helped in the beginning with ear styling and it was recommended to change out my hoop to possibly a stud (so when I got home I did). The piercing process was fantastic and I loved that Jony took the time to walk me through it. He was training another piercer and asked if it was okay to talk through the piercing as he did it, which I thought was very thoughtful. Of course my nosy self said yes. I got extremely light headed after, and he was so patient and encouraging. I love my new piercing and will recommend this place to my friends and family. I was very impressed! I also love my new ear styling. I'll be back!
I love this place. The only reason for the 4 stars is because when the tech pierced my son’s nose he walked away from him and left that big needle in his nose and then came back with the ring. I’m not use to that. I’ve had 3 piercing here and no one ever walked away. Everything was done very quickly with all supplies within arms reach. To be fair they were extremely busy but that was a little concerning. Other than that I absolutely recommend them

I got my second lobes pierced here and the girls working were so nice and quick. I was nervous because I was young for my firsts, but they were so welcoming and worked fast. I definitely recommend this place! edit: 4 Months later… i got lazy and stopped cleaning them regularly and started sleeping on them. (i’m a side sleeper what can i say 🤷♀️) I checked them and I couldn’t feel the backing of my earring on one side. I freaked out and couldn’t get it out so I called them and they told me to come in and they’d change out the backing with a checkup appointment! I was so scared but the guy who did it was super nice and got me in quickly. He was able to get the backing out of my ear but I won’t lie, it hurt. He was super nice and changed both backings to longer bars and sent me on my way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! I was panicked and they put me right at ease.
My experience, and my brother-in-law’s was absolutely amazing.The staff are very nice and welcoming, and answer all of my questions concerning the care of my piercing. I was nervous at first because pain is expected but it was only a small pinch. They have very light hands. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot for other people. Justine did my brother-in-laws piercings and they came out amazing. She is so nice and answered all of our questions and we loved that she gave the option of a count down or breaths for my brother-in-laws first experience. Thank you so much!
Angelica did a great job doing my third piercing and it just felt like a little pinch nothing bad at all. Justine helped me out in the front and was very patient and very nice about picking out the jewelry. Overall great experience!
Great customer service Nancy helped me pick out my jewelry and showed me how different options would look. Anastasia pierced my ear super fast. She was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. I will be coming back for more piercings in the future! I got a new piercing and jewelry change.
